Care Home Open Week

We believe it’s so important to put our care homes right at the heart of every local community. It’s been an amazing week, just take a look at the fun we’ve had! It feels so good to have welcomed so many lovely people into our care homes for Care Home Open Week 2024. We feel we’re right at the heart of our local community.

Our residents, their families and the local community had a week packed full of activities including:

Cake sale and BBQ at Peel Moat on 27th June

Open day at Bright Meadows Care Home on 27th June

Open week all week at Treetops Court Care Home

Ty Gwynno Cafe

So we’re taking down the bunting and storing it carefully for next year when we look forward to another week packed full of events and activities.
