The proud moment when Côr Tŷ Gwynno took to the stage with Welsh National Opera star Siân Meinir, to perform at the Welsh National Eisteddfod! 2024!
Huge thanks to Team Ty Gwynno, Rhett, Julie and John for joining us, and thanks also to Jane and Val representing St John ambulance too. The biggest thanks go to our wonderful talented residents !
A few days later, Mick Antoniw MS and Alex Davies-Jones MP had the pleasure of meeting some truly inspiring individuals from Ty Gwynno Care Home in Hopkinstown. Ceri Jones brought along Winnie and Susan to say hello! Their visit was a reminder of the strength and spirit of those living with dementia. Winnie and Susan shared a beautiful message with us: despite all the trouble in the world, Wales is singing.
