Hello, my name is Gemma and I am the Registered Home Manager at Bentley Manor Care Home.
I have over 18 years of experience in the care sector.
I started my journey with Bentley Manor Care Home back in 2010 as a Senior Care Assistant in the Dementia Unit. I developed my skills and knowledge to become a Care Home Assistant Practitioner.
This gave me experience in a management role. I completed a level 5 in Leadership and Management to become Deputy Manager and then Home Manager.
I am very proud to be a part of a provider that invests in its staff and most importantly our residents.
I enjoy making a positive difference in people’s lives and I am very proud of being able to provide high-quality care for the residents living at Bentley Manor Care Home, along with a dedicated and caring team of staff who always strive to make life at our home as happy and homely as possible.
