Hilltop Court Care Home is a modern purpose-built care home with a large patio and garden area. Our home is on the edge of a conservation area on the outskirts of Stockport town centre, enjoying fantastic views of the Stockport landmark, Hilltop Hall.
Our ever-popular Hilltop Court Care Home is able to provide residential care for 50 residents, including those who require round the clock general nursing care and those who feel the impact of dementia on their daily lives, requiring specialist care.
We provide care to those who need support or companionship to ensure that all needs are met, no matter what they might be. Our residential support and care is ideal for those of our residents who do not require nursing care or nursing care associated with dementia.
We provide nursing care for those who require the extra care and support of a skilled & fully qualified nurse available to them 24hrs a day.
Our teams are trained to care for our residents with dementia and understand how stimulating environments, activities and interactions are essential.
Hilltop Court Care Home accepts individuals aged 65+. All admissions will have a pre-admission assessment.
